Here in Gem we all care for you and your guests and we promise that on your special day even the most demanding palates will be excited and satisfied.

Our initial idea for our menus was to create combinations that reflect the different seasons we are coming into. We feel that we have achieved this, having created a fantastic selection of flavors from fresh locally sourced seasonal produce. We have aimed the menu around simple cooking. Consistent flavors that work together and complement each other. Big flavors do not have to be overcomplicated.
